Membership Levels
Make a One Time Contribution
You are also welcome to make a one-off or recurring donation to the Farm.
These one-off or recurring donations are a huge help in supporting our programs. For example, we are committed to meeting the increasing demand from Day Programs and Post-secondary Education sites to serve young adults who visit weekly to help feed our animals, tend our accessible garden, learn job skills, and spend time in nature.

Check Donations: Check donations help us keep 100% of your donation to put towards supporting our mission. Please make checks out to Common Roots Farm and mail them to 301 Golf Club Drive, Santa Cruz CA 95060.
Matching Donations: If you currently work for a company or organization who has a matching gift program (through third party companies such as Benevity), please consider making a donation to Common Roots Farm!
In-Kind Donations: We welcome in-kind contributions. They can be farm supplies, art supplies, wood chips and picnic benches for the farm, food, beverages, free use of rentals, music, and entertainment for special events, use of home or garden as a space for fundraising events, and much, much more.
