At the heart of our mission is a goal to make our urban farm accessible to everyone.

We’ve designed our farm so that the main areas of our farmscape are accessible from an eight foot wide farm path that goes around our entire farm. We use universal design principles throughout our farm to make it more physically accessible for all.

Our farm path creates access to our accessible garden called Seed to Salad, our farm animals, greenhouse, production fields, and wash/pack area. It will eventually connect to our new barn! Special consideration is given to design for those with sensory challenges.  

Perhaps most important, we are growing a culture of inclusion and understanding, so our farmers with disabilities can enjoy the satisfying work and recreation available on our urban farm.
